Deep Blue Sea Kayaking 2009

Escape from the hussle and bustle of the city for a couple of hours. Go sea kayaking with Deep Blue and see the city from the water. Our Try Sea Kayaking courses give you a taste of the fun, adventure and coastal exploring that is sea kayaking.

We paddle from Bulloch Harbour in Dalkey unless the weather is more suitable elsewhere. We’ll show you how to control the boat and then bring you to Dalkey Island where you’ll visit the early Christian church, the Martello Tower and fort from Napoleonic times and where you’re likely to be watched by the islands Grey Seals.

Included are instruction, insurance and use of kayak, paddle, wetsuit, buoyancy aid and waterproof top. We have a maximum of 4 students for each instructor.

Cost § €50 per person § €45 pp for two or more people booking and paying together § €40 pp for seven or more people booking and paying together. Booking conditions · You need to pay in advance. · If a session is cancelled due to weather, you can reschedule. · You can change or cancel your booking anytime up until 24 hours before the class without a problem. · Any cancellation within 24 hours forfeits the fee.
